Prototypes

Turn an idea into a physical part for fit checks, design reviews, demonstrations, and functional testing. We can produce an early concept, help refine the design, and make updated versions as the project develops.

Replacement parts

When a simple plastic component is broken, discontinued, or difficult to source, we can evaluate whether it is a good candidate for 3D printing. Jigs, fixtures, and tooling aids

Custom drill guides, assembly fixtures, inspection nests, workholding aids, labels, templates, and organizers can make repeated work faster and more consistent. Additive manufacturing is especially useful when a tool needs to fit a specific part or process and conventional tooling would take too long or cost too much.

Low-volume custom parts

One-off parts and small batches are welcome. We can produce housings, mounts, spacers, guards, cable guides, trays, adapters, and other purpose-built components without the tooling investment required for injection molding. For repeat orders, we can retain the approved design so future batches are easier to reproduce.

Design assistance and reverse engineering

No CAD file? We can work from a sketch, measurements, photos, a sample part, or a conversation about the problem. Design time depends on the complexity of the geometry and how closely the finished part must match an existing component.

How pricing works

Every job is quoted for the work it requires. Cost is affected by part size, material, print time, quantity, design work, supports, finishing, inserts, and inspection needs. A small simple part may be inexpensive, while a large or highly detailed part can require substantially more machine and design time. We confirm the price and expected schedule before production begins.

We help you choose the material

The lowest-cost material is not always the best value. Heat, sunlight, moisture, chemicals, impact, stiffness, flexibility, appearance, and required service life all matter. Tell us about the operating environment and we will recommend practical options. You can also review our material and cost guide before requesting a quote.

What to include with your request

• A CAD file, sketch, photo, measurements, or broken original
• What the part must do and how it failed
• Approximate size and quantity
• Exposure to heat, weather, water, oils, cleaners, or impacts
• Your target date and any critical dimensions

We will also tell you when ordinary 3D-printed plastic is not appropriate. Consumer filament should not be assumed suitable for life-safety, high-load, high-temperature, pressure-containing, food-contact, or regulated applications without proper engineering and validation.
